Liana Devidze
Liana Devidze is the country leader for Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) in Georgia, working with children, women, and other Christian leaders.
At the age of 13, I attended summer camp. After summer camp, I started attending church meetings. At one of the services, God touched my heart, and I repented. Although I was still a little girl, I felt that I was a great sinner and needed salvation.
My teachers and spiritual mentors taught me the importance of growing in my awareness of God. Their lives inspired me to be like Christ. Another irreplaceable influence on my growth was my 6-year education at Grace School of Theology (GSOT).
I was inspired by the Forum. I was especially inspired by the communication with leaders from other countries in my Network. It turned out that we all face the same challenges and problems, and we all rejoice in God's work and blessings. The Forum gave me encouragement to continue my ministry. I took note of some technical points for ministry and am currently testing them in action.
I am a country leader for Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF). I organise and lead training sessions for Sunday school teachers, run summer and winter camps for children, teach at conferences, and lead ladies' meetings for the local church.
My husband and I have been serving in children's missions for over 20 years. We teach methods to share the Gospel with others who are working with children. We also provide programs and manuals to youth workers and organise training sessions centred on camp ministry. Several years ago, my husband became a pastor in our local church, and I began conducting women's Bible studies.
I love learning and sharing new knowledge with my friends and colleagues. Through my ministry, I come into contact with many Christian leaders in my country. By investing in me, individuals can become part of the blessing of developing Christian discipleship in Georgia.
