Katerina Kocyan
Katerina Kocyan was born in Prague, Czech Republic. She earned her degree in Business Management & Languages from a university in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, and later completed biblical training in Glasgow, UK.
After working as an HR Manager in the corporate world, she sensed a clear calling to step into nonprofit ministry. In 2024, Katerina and her family relocated to central Ukraine to help during the ongoing war where she currently lives. She now leads the Bridge Ukraine project under Operation Mobilization. Katerina provides consulting to Christian organizations, with a heart to see them thrive in a healthy, effective, and Christ-centered way. She also specializes in due diligence, project evaluation, and grant facilitation, and leads a team of four.
Katerina is married to Daniel, and together they are raising their two sons, Jošua and Natan.
