Joanna Brandt

Joanna Brandt is a missionary to youth in Poland and also has a music ministry.
I had been reading the Bible since I was six years old. When I was 12, my teacher led me in prayer to surrender my life to Jesus, and she began discipling me.
At 16, I was baptised with the Holy Spirit, and five years later, I received water baptism. In 2003, I started Bible school and interned as a pastor's assistant. During those three years, I learned to have a servant's attitude. My character was further transformed when I began a two-year mentorship with a church elder in 2015, during which time we founded a church. After that, I was invited to join Josiah Venture Poland and over the past four years have experienced significant growth in all areas of my life.
I am relatively new to ministry and hope to learn much from those with experience and wisdom. Many of my team members have participated in the Forum and highly recommended I attend.
I currently serve in a local church and in Josiah Venture Poland. I work with youth and youth leaders. I also support several churches with leadership development.
Since 2001, I have been a worship leader in the local church and partner churches. Since 2009, I have been a leader in a Christian association, initially ministering to the homeless, then to children and youth. I did leadership training with young people for two years and then moved to Mogilno to create a worship team and lead a youth group. I was one of the leaders of a project uniting youth groups in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. I recently moved to Wrocław to lead a youth group, train youth in leadership, and join the worship team.
I have been a believer for over 20 years and a full-time missionary for over four years. As a youth mentor, I can make an impact for Christ on future generations in Poland.
