When did you trust Christ?
I first trusted Christ when I was eight years old.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
My walk with Jesus is personal, sweet, challenging, and growing. Christ is constantly affirming His love and care for me through His Word and His Church. I spend time in the Bible every day seeking His will and guidance. Currently, He is teaching me about humility through my leadership role, both in my family and church.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I expect to sharpen my understanding and practical application of discipling God's people in becoming reproducing disciples themselves.
What is your ministry?
I lead a church of 350 in northeastern England, where I am the primary preacher for Sunday services at our church and one of five elders who shepherd and care for the congregation. I also oversee a staff team of six and represent the church in the community. We are nondenominational with a diverse congregation in age, socioeconomic status, and spiritual maturity.
