Jan Łukasik
Jan Łukasik is a worship and youth leader in Poland.
It has been a lifelong journey and process.
My beginnings in ministry, my arrival in Lublin, Poland, and serving as a worship leader. Marriage has also impacted my relationship with the Lord. The war in Ukraine forced me to look at many things differently. God works through many situations to reveal Himself to me.
I want to grow as a leader and as a Christian, get to know people all around the world who have much more experience than I do, and build partnerships if the occasion arises.
I am a worship leader at a relatively small Ukrainian refugee church in Lublin, Poland. This is quite a unique experience, being part of a mixed community of people who fled the war and those who have been living abroad for a decade or so. The same thing applies to our teens' home group. Since late 2023, our ministry has been part of Every Home for Christ (EHC). We produce around 2.5 million copies of various evangelistic materials each year. I am part of a team that creates literature, and I also prepare reports and communicate with others at EHC in Eastern Europe. Also, I do some administrative and creative work for the Christian Open Academy – our educational project.
I have been a worship leader at my local church since 2019. Since 2022, my wife and I have been leaders of a teens' home group.
Our ministry is helping Ukrainians in a time of war and despair. We help leaders become better leaders, and through hundreds of churches, we spread the Gospel.
