Ion Eremeev is on staff with Cru in Moldova, working to see his country transformed.
When did you trust Christ?
When I was a student, a missionary from Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) shared the Gospel with me. It was a turning point for the rest of my life.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
Follow-up sessions after I accepted Christ as my Saviour and Lord for eternal life helped solidify my faith. I also attended a few Christian schools for further education, which have had a huge impact on me.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I want to learn new skills, receive encouragement, and learn strategies to reach leaders and businesspeople. Interactions and experience from other leaders and business owners. I want to increase my leadership skills and to grow in Kingdom mentality. Serving businesspeople in Moldova, I am giving a lot, and I need to receive to keep giving and investing in others.
What is your ministry?
I am part of the national leadership team of Cru Moldova. My vision is for Moldova to become a country where people will love to stay. My mission is to help leaders grow professionally, personally, and spiritually. Abiding in Christ, I want to connect in relevant ways with leaders where they are in their spiritual journey and help them take the next step toward the Great Commission.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I have been an ordained missionary in a Baptist church and a team leader in Cru for many years.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
I believe that every leader can have an impact on their sphere of influence. This is how we can transform our cities and change our countries. Participating in the Forum will help me as I pursue these goals in my ministry.
