Evi Rodemann is the CEO of LeadNow, with experience leading other ministry organisations in Europe.
When did you trust Christ?
I trusted Christ at the age of 10 when I attended a Christian congress in Berlin.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
Short-term mission trips and mission events had a profound impact on me as a young person. Later, I studied missions and theology, which provided me with the tools to work full-time for 10 years in missions and then 18 years part-time in business, living out a missional lifestyle. Engaging with Christian leaders and ministries has included many holy moments to grow in my love for Jesus and stay on track even when things got hard.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
The Forum has helped me develop relationships that have helped my ministry go deeper and wider. I have missed it. I look forward to new connections from around Europe, sharing the united heart to see Europe transformed by Jesus. It is always hugely inspiring.
What is your ministry?
I am the CEO of LeadNow. We are encouraging, equipping, and connecting young leaders in Europe to see the local church strengthened.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
In the past, I have led local and national youth work, served as the CEO of European Youth Mission Congress, and been on the leadership team of World Evangelical Alliance Missions Commission.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
Investing in my ministry will directly help to grow youth leaders and other young leaders from across Europe who are part of churches that are changing their environments.
