Evi Rodemann

Since Evi was a teenager, she has been involved in creating and organising events for young people and churches from local to global. As well as receiving training in event management, Evi also earned an MA in European Mission with her dissertation focussing on the impact of events. Her PhD studies focussed on long-lasting event impact. She also became an impact manager to measure social impact.

For nine years, she directed Mission-Net and organized four European youth mission congresses. Her first global and latest congress was serving as the deputy congress director for the fourth global congress of the Lausanne Movement in Seoul 2024. In addition to being the CEO of her founded organisation LeadNow, she is engaged in various European networks such as the European Youth Ministry Network and travels widely to speak and mentor younger leaders.
