When did you trust Christ?
Аfter visiting an evangelical village and preaching in Brazil in 2018.
What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?
My first spiritual mentor, a professor of neurobiology, inspired me to seek, study, and reflect on the Word. This was followed by joining a church, water baptism, establishing a foundation in common interest, focused on brain care and time management in accordance with Christian values, as well as numerous conferences, trainings, and seminars. God guides and instructs me in overcoming challenges of all kinds related to upholding values, morals, and ethics in law, business, education, and family.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I was referred to apply for the European Leadership Forum 2026 by a visitor in the previous year format because of the transformative and life-changing impact of the event on his life and ministry. I believe it will clear my focus and vision, enhance my knowledge and skills about mentorship and leadership, and provide practical tips in growing disciple communities.
What is your ministry?
I've been gradually committed to issues related to integrity, motivation, trust, and building strategic potential in political, legal, and business leadership. I am interested in deepening my practical knowledge, skills, and devotion to serving to extend the Gospel's influence in business, jurisdiction, academia, and family. I truly strive to expand my network of like-minded leaders and mentors, followers of Christ who are devoted to seeing social and individual transformation by spreading the Word.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I was appointed Director of the Business Project and International Affairs Unit at a large state-owned company, requiring strategic and visionary thinking. I have led cross-functional legal and other teams on corporate project development, including business restructuring, product portfolio diversification, service assignments, entering new markets, and digitalising workflows, while maintaining people's motivation.
