Delia Rebeca Vasilca

Delia Vasilca is a passionate engineer with a deep love for science, nature, and exploring the connection between faith and science. She works as a simulation engineer for ZEISS, a leading German company, where she contributes to one of the most advanced engineering projects in the world: the ASML lithography machines used in semiconductor manufacturing. Her role allows her to engage with cutting-edge engineering challenges and continuously grow in her understanding of complex systems. She is currently in her second year of PhD studies at the University of Sibiu, in her hometown of Transylvania, where her research focuses on the deformation behaviour of sheet metals. Through both her academic and professional journey, she is passionate about highlighting the fingerprints of a Creator in both the natural world and the world of engineering.
