Dan Randall

Dan Randall is a leader from England earnestly seeking to bring the next generations to Christ to grow the Church.
When I was seven years old, my Dad snuck me into a youth event in our church that I was too young for. I heard the Gospel, and with a foundation of discipleship from my parents, I made the decision to make Jesus my Lord and Saviour.
As a young teen, I changed churches so that there would be a youth group to attend, and a few years later, I was filled with the Holy Spirit. I was baptised at 16 and became a missionary at 18. Since then, I have been involved in many ministries that have each had an impact on me.
I look forward to meeting many other senior leaders in Europe, learning, growing in leadership, and networking.
My main focus is my work with NXT Move Europe, a community of transformational relationships seeking to see Christianity spread amongst the next generation to increase the fruitfulness of the Church and society. Alongside this, I am one of the senior leaders of Life Church Lancashire and the Collaboration Director for The Way UK.
At the start of my ministry, I took on oversight of 20 missionaries in the UK and, at the same time, became the youth pastor at my local church. A few years later, I became the Youth and Young Adults Director for a national unity and mission movement. While a few years after that, I joined senior leadership at my church. Along with these, I started multiple faith-based businesses which were big steps of faith. These businesses include The Way Studio / The Way UK.
My family is pioneering a new ministry. It has been a huge step of faith to leave our previous ministry positions and trust God on a whole new level and this transition requires me to development as a leader. I think that I am teachable, and I want to keep growing as a leader my whole life.
