Boris Skvortsov
Born in Russia, grew up in Israel in a home of Jewish believers in Jesus, Boris came to personal faith in Yeshua at 17. Upon completion his military service in the IDF armed forces, he had a hunger to rest in God and know Him deeper. He joined a discipleship program where he met his future wife, Gefen, who introduced him to the ministry of Jews for Jesus (JFJ).
Boris and Gefen joined JFJ ISR and led various local outreaches including to backpackers in India. After finishing his theological studies, they pioneered an Israeli team in the London, where their team is reaching Israeli families and British Jews through relational evangelism and community building.
Boris is serving as the UK director for JFJ. He is recording his first music album and enjoys brewing his own beer. He has a heart for teaching, worship, and is driven to share the Gospel with Jewish-Israeli communities in the UK and Europe.
