Bartosz Rodak
Bartosz Rodak is from Poland and is a student at the Higher Baptist Theological Seminary in Warsaw, Poland.
I grew up in a practicing Catholic home. From childhood, I had a strong conviction to seek God. When I received my Catholic confirmation, a priest gave me a Bible, and I began reading it regularly. As I studied Scripture, I started looking for a church that was more faithful to the Bible. When I was 18 years old, I decided to follow Jesus. I attended a Baptist church for a year, where I became convinced of the truth of the Gospel. During that time, I had friends who helped me understand the gospel and who were there to answer my questions about faith and support me in my spiritual growth.
Attending a Baptist church for the first time, talking with people there, meeting with Christian friends, surrendering my life to Christ, reading the Bible regularly, and studying at a seminary.
My wife attended the Forum last year, and she recommended it to me. I seek to deepen my knowledge, meet new people with similar experiences, and learn from them.
I now serve in my church. I preach regularly during worship services and lead Bible study groups. I am also a member of the church council, where I participate in leadership, decision-making, and the overall direction of the church’s ministry. In addition, I meet individually with church members and guests to provide pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and support in times of need. Through preaching, teaching, leadership, and personal ministry, I seek to serve the church faithfully and help others grow in their faith in Christ.
I preached during Sunday services and led Bible study groups. I also served as a paramedic at a summer Christian youth camp, helping camp counsellors care for and supervise the youth.
I am young and ambitious, and I desire to serve as a pastor.
