Anton Bielov is active as a leader and interpreter in his local church in Ukraine. He uses his podcast to spread the Gospel in Ukraine and also has an online English ministry.

When did you trust Christ?

My wife was the one who introduced me to God. I had serious questions about the way the world is, and Christianity answered them. I repented in February 2021, and I was baptised in July 2021.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

Looking back, I see how God worked with me before I got to know Jesus, through the grace He sent my way and the challenges that I survived. I am able to witness to those who do not know God, and are on the same path as I was.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

Meeting with mature leaders in a YRM environment is a healthy way to develop skills and grow spiritually. I'm hoping to learn the ways church growth worked for others, specifically in many other European countries.

What is your ministry?

I am a youth leader currently in the process of handing over my leadership role. I lead a team that helps newcomers integrate into our church community. I help plan and host Sunday services, interpret for foreign speakers and preachers, and lead an online English-speaking club ministry. I have a Christian podcast spreading the Good News in Ukraine by translating Christian materials from English into Ukrainian.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

I have been a Sunday school teacher and youth group leader. I founded a Christian podcast and started an online English-speaking club ministry.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

This was my first year with ELF, and that experience was not enough. I hope to continue learning from more experienced leaders to help me grow in life, in ministry, and in church.
