Angelina Kravchenko
Angelina Kravchenko is a Senior Lecturer at the Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary in Ukraine.
I grew up in a Christian family and decided to trust and follow Jesus at age 12. Some might consider this too early, but for me, this decision was genuine. Since then, I have sought to live my life according to Jesus’ teaching—to love Him and the people around me, to serve others, and to do my best in every area of life for His glory.
At 16, I was diagnosed with a tumour, not knowing it was benign. However, in that moment, I realised I had already made the most important decision of my life: to follow Jesus, which gave me peace and trust in God. Though the tumour proved harmless, the experience shaped my faith and called me into a life of service. Since then, I’ve served in youth, administration, children’s, and media ministries across different churches, growing in teamwork, humility, and a Christ-centred mindset. My background in philology, including a PhD on religious identity in Ukrainian literature, has deepened my understanding of Scripture and equipped me for theological editing. I have also been spiritually formed by my parents and influential Christian authors.
I hope to gain insights that will help me reevaluate and reshape my heart and my attitude toward people, service, and helping others grow.
I am a Senior Lecturer in the Theology Department at the Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary. I am also part of a small church, so there is a lot of work to do. I help with administrative tasks, writing text, and other ideas for our Instagram. We have also started a women’s ministry, where I assist with administrative work. In addition, I help with other activities, such as youth ministry or preparing topics for home groups.
I have been part of the leadership team of a youth and teen ministry. I have also led my church's administration ministry, organising various church events and camps.
We know those who are trustworthy in small things are entrusted with greater things. I seek ways to be trustworthy in small things so that I may be entrusted with greater things, and I have seen this in my life, my work, and my church.
