Job Title

Andreas Bartels has been in full-time Christian ministry for more than 25 years. After leading the Jesus Film Project and an internet ministry in Germany for many years, in 2010 he became director of VisioM, a new mission organization that works primarily with media to reach people for Jesus in different languages and to help churches and organizations like Bible schools to make disciples. To support this, he and his team have developed a free multilingual online instrument that provides a rough analysis of a person's discipleship in order to find and develop potential for spiritual growth. He has a Ph.D. in physics and is married to Elisabeth, a theologian, speaker, and Bible teacher. They live in Germany and have two grown children, a heart for the lost, and a special focus on challenging Christians and also helping them to become true and growing disciples. To achieve this, they travel a lot to speak at churches, women's, men's, and youth events, and Christian retreats.
