When did you trust Christ?

I trusted Christ over 30 years ago during an evangelistic meeting at a local church. Then, I understood that my sins could be forgiven, and the strength to persevere in faith did not depend on me.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

One year after accepting Jesus Christ, I attended a youth conference in Warsaw. I realised during my time there that I should be involved in Christian ministry. I later participated in camps with IFES in Poland and England where I learned how to lead evangelistic Bible studies. I am still teaching them to this day.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I want to thank those who enabled me to participate in this excellent European Leadership Forum! I admire the content of the Forum, particularly the Scientists Network, of which I am a part. Several years ago, at the Forum, I received encouragement to start the ministry I am now involved in. Since then, I have received additional spiritual support and refreshment. Speakers I met at the Forum have helped our ministry in Poland, and we continue to invite them to our area for strategic work for the Gospel. In addition, the meetings have helped me recognise the extent of the work done in my field. ELF is an important source of encouragement for continuing in service, and it is a source of knowledge about modern cultural challenges for Christianity.

What is your ministry?

I lead the Hevelius Forum for Dialog Between Science and Religion in Gdańsk. We provide lectures and Bible studies for scientists. He is also a Polish National Academy of Science member. Additionally, I am preaching in some churches in the region. We also have a Bible study in Kartuzy for new Christians and non-Christians. Lastly, I am involved in the national church with the Revision Church Committee.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

I have been actively involved in church leadership roles since I became a Christian over 30 years ago. I served as a missionary, pastor, and treasurer for Poland's National Board of Baptist Churches.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

You should invest in my ministry to help me contribute more to the field of science for the sake of the Polish people moving forward. Unfortunately, we do not yet have many publications available in our language, and I hope to be involved in translating and writing new books for our people.
