Small groups are divided according to a diagnostic assessment taken on the first day, which indicates the participant's ministry phase. Each participant then selects which group to attend: (1) Preparation of a leader, (2) Ministry priorities according to Jesus, (3) Equipping for expanded evangelism, or (4) Multiplication.
