What does it look like for a leader to imitate Jesus not only through what they do, but also through who they are? This session explores the character, calling, and empowerment of Jesus in his leadership preparation phase, and then makes parallels to the preparation of a biblical leader. Participants will reflect on their identity, character, calling and Holy Spirit empowerment as God shapes a leader’s inner life as the foundation for faithful action.
