According to author Nona Jones, the internet is no longer just a 'thing' we do, but the actual space where people live their lives. Our challenge is to leverage these digital spaces to reach a hyper-connected yet isolated culture, while fiercely protecting the 'analogue', face-to-face nature of the Church. Whether your church has no digital presence right now or you already have a digital strategy in place, this session discusses how to effectively use digital platforms as relational engines and how to intentionally guide those online connections into deep, offline relationships. Ultimately, it provides a roadmap for using technology to combat isolation and drive people back to the authentic, physical community we were created for.
