The Apostle Paul gives us four important rules to effectively reach our world for Christ. These rules apply to one-on-one personal evangelism, church-wide efforts of outreach, as well as parachurch organisations focused on evangelism. Paul models and teaches us a very important truth: creative outreach requires thinking outside the box but inside the Bible.
