2026 Bible Teachers and Preachers (Advanced) Network

In this year’s Advanced Network, we will explore a critical section of 2 Corinthians where Paul discusses New Covenant ministry and its implications for preaching, teaching, and ministry in this age.
The New Covenant is the long-anticipated plan of God to address the dark and destructive impact of sin on humanity with a radical ministry of life transformation. To understand it we will need to look back into the Old Testament, but also dig into this section of 2 Corinthians where Paul expounds on the richness of this theme. Too easily we can believe we are engaged in New Covenant ministry when we are, in fact, just presenting New Testament truth in an Old Covenant way.
What was Paul so excited about as he wrote to the Corinthians? What are its implications for us today as we seek to bring a message of transformation into a world of darkness and hopelessness? How good is the good news of the Gospel?
Join us as we explore 2 Corinthians 3-5 together in the Advanced Network 2025. All those who teach the Bible, whether in a local church setting, on university campuses, or elsewhere, whether from the pulpit or not, are welcome.
The Advanced Track is for those who have either attended a previous European Bible Teachers and Preachers Network, participated in the Year-Round Mentoring Preachers track, a Cor Deo preaching course, or a Langham Preaching seminar in Europe.
For those who have proven success in these areas and would like to be considered for the Advanced Network, please email ksaylor@euroleadership.org with a description of your background, experience in Bible teaching, and an explanation of why you would like to move up into the Advanced Network.
Prior preparation will be set for all applicants.
What Network Participants Are Saying
- "The European Leadership Forum is a great source of encouragement to me. It is refreshing to be reminded that we are not alone as a tiny Bible-believing minority in our country because we are also part of the global church. It is a great joy to be reminded that there are other people who love us and thus remind us of our Father's love for us. During the Forum, I received training that helped me to grow as a preacher and follower of Christ. I also formed connections with leaders from other countries that open new opportunities to serve and receive help in ministry." - Konrad Grondys, Pastor, Poland
- "At the Forum I heard brilliant teaching and I learned a lot from talking with other leaders from different parts of the world. I regularly preach in my church and I receive invitations from other churches and organisations to preach and teach, so the Bible Teachers and Preachers Network has been an incredible blessing to me." - Istvan Horvath, General Secretary of the Hungarian Evangelical Alliance, Hungary
- "I am preparing to be a pastor. For three years, I served as a pastoral intern and in a few months I hope to be ordained. It is an important time for me, thinking and planning and praying about my future, both in ministry as well as the possibility of further education. The Forum's Bible Teachers and Preachers Network provides me with the opportunity to grow, receive encouragement, learn, and hear stories of God working in Europe and around the world. I am tremendously grateful to be at the Forum." - Filip Kegel, vicar of EXE Church, Poland
Applicants should be those who either attended a previous European Bible Teachers and Preachers Network, participated in the Year-Round Mentoring Preachers track, a Cor Deo preaching course, or a Langham Preaching seminar in Europe. The aim each year is to consider the challenges and opportunities presented by different biblical genres, building on the key skills gained in the Foundational Track.
2025 Network Programme
Detailed information about this Network's 2026 sessions is not yet available but will be posted in the future. Please review the information from last year for a look at the high quality of instructors, teaching, and content available in this network:
Jesus inaugurated the New Covenant during the Last Supper as he lifted the cup before his disciples, and then proceeded to go to the cross and shed his blood. But what is the New Covenant? God’s great plan, unfolded throughout the Old Testament, from the books of Moses to some of the most hope-filled passages in the writing Prophets. In this session, we will explore the background to this great biblical theme.
Together we will analyse the text, study the flow of thought, and experience the wonder of the New Covenant as Paul presented it to the church in Corinth. This manuscript study will take us back into the world of Moses at Sinai to demonstrate that the ministry God has given to us is significantly more glorious!
Together we will analyse the text, study the flow of thought, and experience the wonder of the New Covenant ministry Paul presented to the church in Corinth. This manuscript study will drive us deep into the pain of our own brokenness, while lifting our eyes to the wonder of the glorious deposit that has been put inside of us.
The New Covenant is not just God’s plan for salvation through the blood of Jesus, it also has significant implications for our understanding of the ministry of preaching and teaching. Paul describes a confidence before God, and a boldness before the world, and yet also a recognition of our brokenness amidst life’s suffering and spiritual opposition. New Covenant preaching and teaching is not simply about new content, it is about so much more.
Together we will analyse the text, study the flow of thought, and experience the wonder of the New Covenant ministry Paul presented to the church in Corinth. This manuscript study will lift our hearts toward eternity as we recognize the privilege of being Christ’s ambassadors in this fallen world.
In this session, we will consider other New Testament passages that address the New Covenant, and draw together an applied biblical theology of this great theme of Scripture. What are the implications of being ministers of the New Covenant in the 21st Century? How will understanding the New Covenant help us, not only in our preaching, but also in our leadership, in our pastoring, and in our role as Christ’s ambassadors in this world?
This combined session of the Bible Teachers and Preachers Networks will offer a unique opportunity to hear and learn from Peter J. Williams. We will bring questions to him about the plenary Bible sessions, as well as questions about the rest of God’s Word and other aspects of the teacher’s life and ministry.
Preaching and teaching are not skills we learn once and repeat forever. There is always more to learn. In this final session, we will think together about growing as a preacher and teacher. What plans can we put in place to continue growing in the ministry that God has given us? For this session, the Foundational and Advanced Networks will be combined.
