The worship environment is complicated. “What’s coming up next? Is our guitarist going to finally get that rhythm right? Did our keyboardist figure out what B-major is? Is my voice going to crack on this high note?” An effective worship leader has to find a way to manage the anxiety of a thousand details every Sunday. In this session, we’ll discuss different ways to navigate the voices in our heads so we can be present enough to do what we invite others to do.
