General Rates
If you are not from Europe or would prefer not to agree to the scholarship conditions (see the Western or Central, Eastern, and Southern Scholarship Rate pages for more information), your Forum rate is as follows:

If you require a visa to enter Poland, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Single Room Add-On
Single rooms are only available to those paying the General Rate. If you are interested in a single room, you can reserve one by paying the General Rate plus an additional 250 EUR.
We have a limited number of single rooms, which will be available on a first come, first served basis. There will be a wait list for single rooms once we run out of our allotment.
Extra Nights Add-Ons
We encourage you to arrive a day early to ELF to participate in one of the Pre-Forum Conferences, which begin on Friday, 15 May. The General Rates for staying the extra night on Friday, 15 May are as follows:
- 115 EUR for a double room
- 165 EUR for a single room
This includes both lodging and meals, starting with dinner on Friday.
***Refund Policy***
We have hosted ELF for 23 years without fail (even during Covid). We have always moved forward in faith that the Lord will provide resources we don't currently have. He has done so for more than two decades, and we are trusting He will do so this year. However, please note that ELF is unable to offer refunds under any circumstances–including cancellation of the event for any reason. Thus, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip to ELF.
