Our culture is full of entities concerned with their performance, their brand, and their image. As Christians, we face that same pressure: appear successful rather than focus on being faithful and fruitful. This workshop explores how we can build genuine authenticity into our churches and ministries, not as a strategy, but as a theologically-driven reality. We will consider five key areas where authenticity will make a marked difference, including leadership relationships, communication, and spiritual formation. We will reflect on the gap between public ministry and private life, and how the pursuit of authenticity can transform both our experience and our effectiveness.
