Ministry is 80% invisible. Who you are in Christ is more important than anything you do. Then your preparation and planning will determine the effectiveness of the 20% that everyone sees. Most of us in ministry will sacrifice our own health and growth in Christ for the sake of serving others. Often we don't prepare ourselves for what is ahead and we run out of energy before the serious planning starts. The truth is, you can only take people as far as you are in Christ. This takes intentionality and commitment.
