What is your ministry?

I lead a House Church and prepare focused in field courses to teach CRU missionaries in Poland and other Eastern European countries. I am working through my PHD program in Bible Exposition at Dallas Theological Seminary.

When did you trust Christ?

As a student, I experienced deep dissatisfaction with my religious life as a devout Catholic and began to search for something that would give meaning to my life. A few months later I ran into some students involved with Campus Crusade for Christ. They invited me to their summer camp, where for the first time I understood and believed the Gospel of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus. That was the turning point in my life.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

My experience with the missionaries and students spreading the gospel on university campuses led me to join Campus Crusade full-time. The leaders of this organization have influenced me through the different stages of my ministry life. Another important moment was when I assumed responsibility for our two-year introductory staff training program. This eventually led me to spend four years at Dallas Theological Seminary deepening my own theological education. My current role of teaching theological courses for our staff has had the effect of personalizing and solidifying my theological system, formed through in-field missionary training and the THM program at DTS.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

ELF has been an inspirational event that helped me better equip myself for my teaching ministry. I want to continue growing and networking with other Christian leaders with similar burdens for the Gospel in Europe. Since I started attending, it has improved some of my teaching content and strengthened my vision for re-evangelisation of Europe. It also encouraged me to get involved in building a more united identity of evangelical believers in Poland and use humanitarian help as a vehicle for the Gospel in our area. Also, my conversations with other church planters were constructive in clarifying my vision for our house church.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

From 1991-1993, I was the leader of the student action group at my university. From 1993-1996, I was a full time missionary of Mt28. From 1996-2002, I was the leader of Mission Teams in Katowice and Warszawa. From 2002-2005, I was the leader of Mt28’s New Staff Training Program. From 2009-2014, I was a member of the Mt28 National Leadership Team and was responsible for Leadership Development and Human Resources. Since 2014 I have been a teacher at the Institute of Biblical and Theological Studies, which is Campus Crusade's unit for training missionaries in Eastern Europe and Russia in Bible and theology.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

Building a sufficient foundation of biblical and theological competency is a key factor in the long-run success of any Christian mission. My ministry helps build this foundation in the lives of already committed missionaries. If these missionaries are well taught, they will multiply this investment for something eternally meaningful.
