Right now, I am serving with the youth in my church. A blessed and challenging ministry. I also serve in the worship ministry in my church. I also serve with Awana, as a trainer of leaders for the different curriculums of the program.
I grew up in church, but I made a personal decision to follow him when I was 10, at camp. Coming from a broken home, my heart was sad and afraid, but Jesus gave me hope, his love and a purpose.
I have gone through some hard times in my life where I thought I would not have made it, but each time God showed me how much bigger his plan and love is than any other situation. I grew up without my dad and this was the first (and probably biggest) challenge I faced. Knowing that my own dad did not want me made me be scared and not trust almost anybody. But this is where God showed me his grace. He taught me I belong to Him and He made me feel the love I was lacking. And because of the love I received from Him, now I want to share it with others who go through similar situations.
I want to get to know new leaders and exchanging experiences and thoughts with them. This will help me develop as a leader, gain wisdom, and do better in my ministry.
I started helping with children's ministry when I was younger and then with teenagers. I also served on the worship team.
I'm willing to learn and grow in my leadership. I want to be able to serve the Lord better and to minister to other young leaders in my country.
