What is your ministry?

My vision is a desire to serve my generation by helping them to know Christ and make Him known. I long to see the nations made aware of the love of God and to join in worshipping Him. I am involved in disciple-making and mission mobilization. I am walking with groups of young ladies and individuals too. I enjoy the life on life interaction and impartation. I also serve in mission mobilization, especially amongst young people‚ÄĒspecifically university students. I have been engaged in online and in-person training that exposes young people to global missions.

When did you trust Christ?

I grew up in a Christian family, and I always felt safe by virtue of this. However, in 2015, I struggled with my faith. I was living a double life and was unsure if I was born again. On 25th November 2015, I prayed to God that my desire was His will and nothing else. It was then that I chose to follow Jesus my whole life. It had been dependent on my parents earlier, but now it was a personal decision that I'm forever grateful for.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I have chosen this initiative after being encouraged by my leaders, who have also gone through this mentorship. In particular, my friend who referred me to this program has been going through it and shared a lot about it. I have seen it impact her life in a significant way, too.-I am looking forward to learning and being trained by older women.- I am hoping it will be a space for me to grow as I watch discipleship being done.- I hope to grow in cross-cultural interaction as I interact with new cultures.- This will serve me in the ministry I'm currently engaged in and in the future ministry God has for me.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

I currently serve in missions, both in the office and the field. In the office, I serve in the accounts department, helping to ensure resources are well allocated and accounted for. I also serve in mission mobilization, training, and exposing other young people to missions. Moreover, I am currently discipling two groups of ladies who are university students and are hungry for Jesus. Leading the ladies has been exciting and a point of growth as it drives me to seek God more. Seeing them grow encourages me to keep moving.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

With the ladies I'm discipling, my vision is to see them growing in the image of Christ and to see them multiplying by discipling other ladies too.
