What is your ministry?
I am a small group leader; we call them communities of Evangelium. The purpose is to help people grow and also have a place to invite our friends who don't know Christ. In addition, I am a Scout leader. The children are from 8-19 years old, and most of them are non-believers. I feel that for some reason, I should be there for these children, who know me and could have seen my change from not a believer to a follower of Christ.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I expect to learn some argumentation tips on current affairs. I would like to know how to encourage in this broken world with the Word of God. I hope to grow in the faith of Jesus to be able to share the gospel easily. Also, I would like to meet more people involved in Apologetics and how God uses them. I want to learn how to tell people Jesus in truth and love and not to be afraid of taking a chance to change the discussion topic. I would like to know how to change it.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I am a small group leader, and I lead a Scout troupe.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
In our community, we try to reach as many people as possible. I want to teach people in our community how to talk with their non-believer friends. For many of them is hard to step out and talk about their faith. That is why I want to learn more about Apologetics to give them advice. Most of my family and friends are not believers, and I would like to know better how to reach them and talk to them. They have many questions I would love to answer in a biblical way that would glorify God.
