What is your ministry?

Preaching and teaching to Polish and Gypsy believers, literature translation and publication (CEF and EMMAUS Correspondence Courses), providing regular online Bible teaching to believers scattered in Poland and abroad, children outreach (before lockdown), helping in KAIROS Poland (new school for local missionaries in Poland).

When did you trust Christ?

I was born in 1960. My father was a member of the Communist Party. At 14, I became an atheist. I searched for truth and read the Bible, which was a scarce book in Poland. I read for several years but without understanding. Then I heard the Gospel at a meeting in Tychy in 1983 and, with my wife, found the Savior.

What have been the defining moments of your Christian walk?

I had been saved in a missions-focused church in Tychy under the spiritual care of Mr. Czeslaw Bassara, who is today Regional Director of CEF for Central and Eastern Europe. The church was involved in open-air Bible distribution on the streets of many Polish towns during the Communist regime. I was full-time in this ministry for 18 months during 1985 and 1986. Literature had a significant impact on my Christian life, so I’ve learned how to make DTP, do offset printing, and publish literature, books, tracts, and magazines. In 2000 I started publishing Postal Bible School lessons for children.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

I want to attend the Forum to learn, to refresh, and to meet some people who can be helpful for Polish believers.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

Planting local churches is a great need for the Polish church at the moment.
