John Nartey

My current ministry as a country coordinator is to provide pastoral care for the team members, give leadership over the work, seek and build partnerships with other ministries/organizations, liaise with the government, create reports, and more.
I finally made my decision to trust and follow Jesus in October 1988. While in Bible college, after a chapel time, the Holy Spirit arrested me. I cried all through the rest of that day.
The training I received from Bible college had a big impact on me. Personal encounters with the Holy Spirit and daily being in the word of God have shaped my faith. Another defining moment was going through missionary training at Capro School of Missions in Nigeria. My missionary work and experiences continue to shape me. I have also grown through attending seminars where great men and women spoke.
It is said, "iron sharpens iron". I expect that attending the Forum will benefit my ministry. I look forward to hearing and sharing with other experienced leaders, acquiring more training materials, building synergy, and working in partnership with others as the Lord leads.
I was a pastor for 12 years from 1988 to 2000. For one year I was the student leader at the Capro School of Missions in Nigeria. I then went on to be a missionary in northern Nigeria for three years. From 2004 to 2012 I was the field leader in the eastern region of Ghana. From that time on, I have been serving as the country coordinator for Capro.
One reason people should invest in my ministry is you are not only investing in me as a leader, but also the entire team, ministry, the people of Ghana, and the body of Christ at large. This investment goes a long way toward advancing the kingdom of God among the unreached people groups. It will boost our work in both disciple making and reaching the unreached. Any such investment would be highly appreciated.
