What is your ministry?

I am the pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Lithuania. I also help oversee the Banner of Love Church in Kaunas, the Beloved House in Vilnius, and Beloved Church in Klaipedia. We sustain and support the spiritual growth and practical welfare of the church members through the word of God and weekend services. I am also the founder and president of "Beconnect,” an NGO that aims to serve vulnerable social groups and immigrants, and "Pathway Academy,” an international discipleship training program that is dedicated to raising up passionate followers of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

What do you hope to gain from participating?

My current vision as a senior pastor is to build a network of churches. I am looking forward to exploring biblical principles and practices for local church life, leadership, and church planting. I want to have a renewal in my heart and spend more quality time with God. I want to be more consistent in sermon delivery. I want to understand pastoral mentoring and counseling and to be able to give godly counseling. I want to reach the younger generation. I want to gain strength in how to deal with discouragement.

What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?

I am a senior pastor responsible for leading four associate pastors and ministers in sustaining the churches spiritual and mental health by the Sord of God. I teach and preach the Word, make disciples, identify and assess potential leaders, create systems for personal growth in existing leaders, and help meet the needs of the people. By the grace of God through communication and teaching, I am helping raise up a generation of passionate followers of Jesus Christ through my commitment to service by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Why should someone invest in your ministry?

I want to improve my leadership, to be better disciplined, and to better manage my time. I want to read and study well.
