David Rajca

I was an English camp director for the Czech Republic for Josiah Venture. I led, organized, and developed an evangelistic English camp ministry for around 30 churches in the Czech Republic. In addition, I was a youth group leader for many years.
I am a third-generation Christian in my family. That means that I grew up in a Christian family during the Communist regime. I was for Jesus like my parents and grandparents but in a very gentle way. I was saved at age 12 and fully committed myself to Jesus at age 15 when I started to work in ministry and obey everything God asked of me.
I went on my first mission trip with YWAM at age 16. After that, I went on many mission trips and participated in many different outreach ministries from that time on. At age 20, I joined the army and gave my testimony in the secular world. At age 21, I started an internship with Josiah Venture. Finally, I became a full-time youth pastor at age 23.
I need to be educated and grow in leadership, even if I am in a leadership position. But being more effective, being a better leader for others, and better understanding Christ-centered leadership is an actual need for me. So this track tough my heart and mind.

I have 17 years of experience leading youth group ministries and training youth leaders.
