What is your ministry?
I am a pastor and evangelist working for African Enterprise. Our focus is to evangelize the cities of Africa through word and deed in partnership with the church. We use an approach called stratified evangelism, which is to say that we try as much as possible to reach every stratum in each city where we work. We also work in leadership development as well as in social action intervention for the vulnerable in society. I personally have a strength in mobilizing and organizing leaders. African Enterprise networks with several parachurch organizations. We serve as a catalyst for proclamation evangelism in Africa.
What do you hope to gain from participating?
I believe that walking with mature leaders is the best way to learn and to be effective in ministry. My expectation is that I will connect with leaders who will be willing to walk with me in my leadership journey so that I can make a positive impact on my generation. I also believe that I must learn the techniques of mentoring so that I will be able to mentor young people to take over leadership in the next generation.
What is your leadership role or what were your past leadership roles?
I am the current team leader for African Enterprise Ghana. My responsibility is to lead the team in evangelizing the cities of Ghana and beyond. I am also the mission director for the organization. I write mission proposals for the ministry. I train church leaders and set up missions for AE Ghana. In addition, I double as the West Africa Regional Coordinator for Movement Day Africa. My duty is to mobilize West African church leaders and to encourage them to advance city gospel movements in our region. I have been involved in mobilizing continental Christian Leaders in Africa to connect with one another for the cause of the Kingdom of God.
Why should someone invest in your ministry?
The working class somehow have been left out in ministry work. Nonetheless, they have a major part to play if we want to win the workplace for the Lord. I believe that if we can equip them, they will be effective in their field of operation.
