Aron Kovesdi
I am in full-time ministry and involved in different ministries. I work with a ministry called Ellel Ministries which is a non-denominational international Christian discipleship counselling ministry. I am part of the leadership team of our church and I am responsible for all prayer and prayer ministry. I am also a leader of a discipleship movement that came out of our church. I am also in a leadership team of a youth movement called New Generation which was initiated by one of the biggest networks of pastors in Hungary and seeks to train up the next generation of disciples.
I made my original decision to follow Jesus when I was 8-years-old. At that time, I had a fundamental understanding of the gospel, but it was a decision that I have reaffirmed each day since.
At the age of 13, I was baptized in water. When I was 18 years old, I became one of the leaders of our youth group. At the same time, I was mentored and discipled by an older brother who met with me every week and helped me grow in my relationship with Jesus—I also attended a discipleship program in the U.K.
The Forum is always the highlight of my year. I am challenged, encouraged, and refreshed at the same time. In the last few years, I have built deep friendships and ministry relationships. I was invited to different conferences by others and I also invited others to Hungary. God has changed my life, my belief system, and my heart in many ways through the Forum. It also brought new connections, friendships, and ministry partnerships. It is also a time of rest and refreshment for me where God talks to me and leads me in new ways.
I led a prayer group meeting in high school. I was a youth group leader in my church.
I am young and in a leadership position in the church. I want to learn more. I am committed to following Jesus, and my heart is to see people be passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.
