Ministry Partnerships Mentoring

Detailed information about 2020 Forum Mentoring is not yet available but will be posted in the future. Please review the information from the 2019 Forum for a look at the types of mentoring that may be available at the 2020 Forum.

Partnership and community are overused words, but they are fundamental to Christian life. We model these concepts within the local church and between churches and organizations, as well as between financial sponsors and recipients.  As in any relationship, one wonders: how can we keep from getting hurt or misunderstood? How can we team up with the right people? How can we create accurate expectations? How can we make it work?

Ministry partnerships are not only a way to receive, but also a way to share.  If done well, partnerships create synergy, where the sum of both partners is more than if both do it alone. They also create a powerful testimony to those outside the church. Ministry Partnerships Mentoring is designed to provide guidance for those who are eager to learn and share in partnerships and have relevant questions.

This type of mentoring is also offered in the cohort mentoring format.

Hank Paulson, born and raised in Holland, spent 42 years working with church leaders throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Together with his wife and two children he also lived in Austria, USA and Czech Republic. From the beginning partnerships were an important part of a ministry he founded in 1971. After forty years he started 4D Ministries, to better focus on assisting and mentoring European leaders and to facilitate ministry partnerships.
