Growing as a Servant Leader: Personal Development

You have but one life, it will soon be past; only what is done for Christ will last. Jesus said, “He who would be the greatest of all would be the servant of all,” in Matthew 20:26. Your work is eternally significant. There are NO perfect “servant leaders” — everyone is struggling with something. This Master Class is designed to help you maximise growth into your full potential as a servant leader.

This Master Class will address the following 5 topics.

1) Becoming a SERVANT LEADER
In this session, Bobb introduces what a servant leader is and what it looks like in practice. This perspective will help you in getting and staying strategic, focused, organised, equipped, and movitated.

2) Getting and Staying STRATEGIC
One of the biggest struggles in leadership is losing perspective. In this session, Bobb helps you focus on being clear on what you believe, who you want to be, and what you want to do. This session discusses how to keep this focus throughout your entire life.

How do you stay focused on the big picture? How do you organise to turn your dream into reality? Bobb provides practical tools to help you understand your responsibility as a leader and develop a disciplined strategy to achieve your priorities.

4) Getting and Staying MOTIVATED
Too many leaders feel depressed about their past, overwhelmed by their present, and anxious about their future. In this session, Bobb provides practical tools for building on your past, breaking the present into manageable tasks, and developing a realistic long-term strategy that can actually be achieved.

Jesus provides a different way of thinking about leadership. There are no perfect leaders; every leader struggles with something. How, then, can we reach our potential and help others in their development as leaders? In this final session, Bobb provides practical tools to guide your life and for all of those who look to you for leadership.
