European Leadership Forum Certificate of Christian Leadership
Many European evangelical leaders do not have access to first rate training and mentoring. The European Leadership Forum seeks to provide world class speakers, teachers, and mentors in areas such as evangelism, apologetics, and discipleship. But until now, the Forum’s overall strategy has not included a programme specifically devoted to training Europe’s evangelical leaders in biblical leadership.
Vision
The vision of the European Leadership Forum Certificate of Christian Leadership is to provide European evangelical leaders a systematic overview and training in foundational biblical leadership.
Strategy
The European Leadership Forum Certificate of Christian Leadership is a five year programme which encompasses certain Forum Networks and Seminars to form an overarching vision of biblical leadership. Each participant must attend the annual Forum conference for a total of five years, spending:
- One year in Track One of the European Evangelism Seminar
- One year in Track Two of the European Evangelism Seminar or one year in the European Apologetics Network
- One year in the European Bible Teachers Network
- One year in the European Disciple-Making Leaders Network
- One year in a Network or Seminar of choice
Please note that attendance at any of these Networks or Seminars in previous years will count toward fulfilling the requirements of the European Leadership Forum Certificate of Christian Leadership.
In addition to attending the annual Forum, individuals pursuing the European Leadership Forum Certificate of Christian Leadership will be offered mentoring, access to travelling speakers, and ongoing instruction throughout the course of the programme.
Upon obtaining the European Leadership Forum Certificate of Christian Leadership, participants will both understand the biblical, spiritual, and intellectual principles of Christian leadership and will be able to put these principles into practice in their daily lives and ministries. This programme will enable participants to confidently answer questions such as the following:
- How can I communicate, and help others to communicate, the Gospel persuasively in today’s culture?
- How can I remove objections to the faith and show the gospel’s truthfulness to today’s non Christians?
- How can I effectively teach the Bible?
- How can I disciple and lead God’s people to spiritual maturity?
- How can I successfully lead and manage others?
Academic Certification
For those interested in obtaining graduate hours, this programme will include papers and extra reading, and could be certified through a number of European educational institutes: both universities and seminaries.
