PAYMENT OPTIONS

Do not send any payment until you receive the official letter of invitation.

 

Please note that no refunds will be available if you are unable to attend the Forum.

 

Payments can be made in two different ways:

  • Using PayPal (preferred method - see instructions below)

  • By bank transfer to the following bank in the USA:

PAYPAL INSTRUCTIONS

Credit card payment of application fees are accepted through PayPal by using the form below.

 

For cash payments you must first establish a free account with PayPal.

 

Once the account is established you may make cash payments by using the PayPal form below.

 

Do not send any payment until you receive the official letter of invitation.

Please note that your registration is only confirmed after the Forum fee has been received.
